Q: What does it cost to use a Travel Advisor?

A: As travel advisors, our services come at no additional cost to you. The fees for our expertise are typically covered by the travel providers, so you can benefit from personalized guidance and recommendations without any extra charge.

Q: Why don’t you book air travel?

A: We don't book air travel because, in the event of flight delays or cancellations, the airline will typically handle any issues directly with the customer, rather than through a travel

advisor. This ensures that flight-related concerns are addressed quickly by the airline. The only exception to this is when we are booking a travel package from a supplier that includes air travel in their offer, in which case we can assist with choosing the best flight options for your trip.

Q: Why should I use a Travel Advisor? I do just fine planning my own vacations.

A: Most travel providers, including hotels, cruise lines, and resorts, already incorporate travel advisor fees into the overall cost of their services. This means you are essentially paying for an advisor’s expertise, even if you don’t utilize one. By working with a travel advisor, you can maximize the value of that investment. We have the inside knowledge to help you secure the best cabins on a cruise,  which rooms to request at a resort, identify which upgrades and extras are worth your investment, and we can often apply discounts even after you’ve booked at a higher rate. We know putting your vacation in someone else’s hands is not for everyone - I mean, we’re in this business because we loved planning our own vacations - but if planning makes you anxious, let us handle the details and reduce your stress, so you can enjoy your trip with confidence and ease!
